Wilderness Rendezvous 2026 Registration

This information is intended for White Tail Beavers (born 2018), Cubs, Scouts, and Venturers.

Hello 2nd Regina Parents and Guardians,

Wilderness Rendezvous (WR) is a multi‑year, progressive Scout camp located in Saskatchewan’s beautiful Cypress Hills. The program is designed for youth born in 2018 or earlier and focuses on developing advanced wilderness skills such as survival, backpacking, orienteering, and pioneering.

Through hiking, camping, and teamwork, the program fosters independence and confidence. In the senior years of the program, participants may take part in structured solo experiences. A key emphasis of Wilderness Rendezvous is disconnecting from modern distractions in order to connect more deeply with nature and with each other.

2nd Regina has a long history with Wilderness Rendezvous – we first attended in 2002 and have proudly returned every year since.

  • Dates: July 4th – 12th, 2026
  • Cost: $390
    • Scout funds may be used
    • Early bird pricing — cost increases after May 1, 2026
Registration Instructions

To register, please visit the Wilderness Rendezvous website and select the Registration tab:

When completing the registration form:

  • Enter Scouter Greg’s email (gregkorpan4@gmail.com) in the “Email of Troop Scouter” field
  • Select e‑transfer as the payment method
  • Do NOT send payment directly to the camp

Once registration is complete, 2nd Regina will issue invoices to families. These invoices will outline payment options, including the use of Scout funds or e‑transfer. The group will submit payment to the camp on behalf of all registered participants.

Required Forms

In addition to registering, all attending youth must complete the following forms and email them to Scouter Greg. These forms are also linked above the registration form on the WR website.

Please note that the number of registrations will determine transportation arrangements to and from camp. Transportation details will be shared in early May.
